Nick Rose

Nick Rose joined CCMP Capital as an Executive Advisor in March 2014. Mr. Rose has more than 30 years of leadership and international experience growing consumer and industrial companies, most recently serving as Chairman of Edwards Group plc, a leading company specializing in the design and manufacturing of vacuum pumps, and former CCMP portfolio company. Prior to this, Mr. Rose spent 18 years at Diageo plc, the world’s leading premium drinks business, where he held multiple senior leadership positions, including CFO for almost 12 years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rose spent 11 years at Ford Finance, where he served various roles in a number of international assignments. Mr. Rose currently serves as a Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at BAE Systems plc and BT plc. Along with his many other achievements, Mr. Rose is a founding patron of SITraN, The Sheffield Institute for Translational Neuroscience. He also serves as a non-executive Chairman at Williams Grand Prix Holdings and previously held non-executive roles at Möet Hennessy SNC and Scottish Power plc.
