Richard Jansen

Richard Jansen is a Senior Advisor to CCMP after serving as General Counsel and Managing Director for CCMP and its predecessor entities from 2003 through March 2022.  Prior to joining CCMP in 2003, Mr. Jansen was a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co., working with the Investment Bank and J.P. Morgan Partners business units. Mr. Jansen was an Associate with the law firm Rogers & Wells from 1983 to 1992. Mr. Jansen holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the New York University School of Law.

Nicholas Fulco

Nicholas Fulco is a Senior Associate in the New York office of CCMP Capital. Mr. Fulco worked in CCMP’s New York office from 2010 to 2013 and then spent two years in CCMP’s London office, returning to the New York office in 2016. Mr. Fulco holds a B.A. in International Studies from Boston College.

Parimal Depala

Parimal Depala is an Associate in the London office of CCMP Capital. Prior to joining CCMP in 2014, Mr. Depala was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, London. Mr. Depala holds a Master of Science in Physics with Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London.

Robert Luttrell

Robert Luttrell is an Analyst in the New York office of CCMP Capital. Mr. Luttrell holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Bonnie Leung

Bonnie Leung is an Analyst in the Houston office of CCMP Capital. Prior to joining CCMP in 2018, Ms. Leung was an Analyst at Mizuho Bank. She holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Aqil Sohail

Aqil Sohail is currently a Senior Associate in the London office of CCMP Capital. Prior to joining CCMP in 2016, Mr. Sohail was an Associate at B&B Investment Partners. Mr. Sohail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Nick Rose

Nick Rose joined CCMP Capital as an Executive Advisor in March 2014. Mr. Rose has more than 30 years of leadership and international experience growing consumer and industrial companies, most recently serving as Chairman of Edwards Group plc, a leading company specializing in the design and manufacturing of vacuum pumps, and former CCMP portfolio company. Prior to this, Mr. Rose spent 18 years at Diageo plc, the world’s leading premium drinks business, where he held multiple senior leadership positions, including CFO for almost 12 years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rose spent 11 years at Ford Finance, where he served various roles in a number of international assignments. Mr. Rose currently serves as a Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at BAE Systems plc and BT plc. Along with his many other achievements, Mr. Rose is a founding patron of SITraN, The Sheffield Institute for Translational Neuroscience. He also serves as a non-executive Chairman at Williams Grand Prix Holdings and previously held non-executive roles at Möet Hennessy SNC and Scottish Power plc. Mr. Rose earned his degree at the University of Oxford

Stephen Welton

Stephen Welton became an Executive Advisor to CCMP in July 2011, continuing his long-standing involvement with CCMP. He is currently CEO of the Business Growth Fund (the “BGF”), a £2.5B fund underwritten by five of the U.K.’s largest financial institutions and formed with the support of the U.K. government to provide growth capital to Britain’s small and medium sized businesses. Prior to March 2011, Mr. Welton was a Senior Member of CCMP Capital Advisors (UK), LLP, CCMP’s London affiliate, and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Welton focused on making investments in the industrial, leisure and consumer/retail sectors. Immediately prior to joining CCMP in 2002, he was Chairman and CEO of TV Travel Shop, the market leading television distribution business in the U.K. and Germany, which he built up before successfully selling it to USA Interactive Inc. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Welton was Managing Director U.K. of Barclays Private Equity. Prior to that, he co-founded Henderson Ventures. He started his career in the debt and mezzanine market with Security Pacific Eurofinance. Mr. Welton has a law degree from Durham University and is a qualified Barrister-at-Law.

Greg Brenneman

Greg Brenneman is Executive Chairman of CCMP Capital and a member of CCMP Capital’s Investment Committee. Mr. Brenneman is also a member of CCMP Growth’s Investment Committee Advisory Board. Mr. Brenneman plays an active leadership role in executing CCMP Capital’s overall strategy while remaining actively engaged in completing transactions, developing strategies and coaching the senior management of CCMP Capital’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining CCMP Capital in October 2008, Mr. Brenneman served as Chairman, CEO, President and/or COO of Quiznos Sub, Burger King, PwC Consulting and Continental Airlines. In 1994 Mr. Brenneman founded Turnworks, Inc. (“Turnworks”), his personal investment firm that focuses on corporate turnarounds. Prior to founding Turnworks, Mr. Brenneman was a Vice President for Bain & Company. Mr. Brenneman currently serves on the board of directors of BGIS, Baker Hughes, Baylor College of Medicine and The Home Depot, Inc.

Mr. Brenneman is an Emmy Award winner and the author of Right Away & All At Once, Five Steps To Transform Your Business and Enrich Your Life. Mr. Brenneman holds a B.B.A. in Accounting/Finance, summa cum laude, from Washburn University of Topeka, Kansas and an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School. He was awarded an honorary Doctor of Commerce degree from Washburn University.

Mark McFadden

Mark McFadden is Co-Managing Partner of CCMP Growth and a member of CCMP Growth’s Investment Committee. He is also Co-Managing Partner and an Investment Committee member of CCMP Capital. Mr. McFadden heads investment activities in the industrial sector. Prior to joining CCMP Capital’s predecessor JPMorgan Partners in 2002, Mr. McFadden was an investment banking analyst at CSFB and Bowles Hollowell Conner. Mr. McFadden serves on the board of directors of CCMP Capital portfolio company BGIS and CCMP Growth portfolio companies Innovative Refrigeration and Omnia Exterior Solutions. Mr. McFadden has been involved in CCMP Capital’s investments in Generac, Ecovyst/Eco Services, Hayward and Milacron. Mr. McFadden also serves on the board of The Quad Preparatory School. Mr. McFadden holds a B.B.A. and a B.A. from the College of William and Mary.
